Shadow Work
As C.G. Jung said: You think you are the master of your house, but you are ruled by your shadow.
The parts in ourselves that prevent us from leading a happy
and fulfilling life are called shadows in the Western World and demons
in the East.
By conscious perception of your own demons, it will change itself into a helper.
You can not escape your demons, thus make them your friends
