Psychology

We get constantly confronted with situations in our daily lives, which provoke certain reactions or reaction patterns in us. Not only situations, but also other people, their characters, their manners of speaking and thinking, can provoke certain reactions in us.

Our reactions to things coming from the outside are sometimes unpleasant for people in our environment. Because we sometimes react in such a negative way, that we hurt them. And those reaction patterns are always negative especially for ourselves.

In each case do such reaction patterns like anxieties, feeling hurt, blaming others, envy, nervous break-downs and the like show a problem or a problem area. A problem within ourselves. They are problem areas which, in case we are already facing them, approach us a in a similar form again and again and which should be recognized. Then we can set about the solution, i.e. the process of working on the problem.

Thus we stay in the flow of life. Instead of stagnating, we move on. We develop ourselves spiritually.
